1. Shipping
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of payment. Delivery is free on orders over $99; below that, a flat shipping fee of $19 applies, shown at checkout. Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and depend on the destination country. Once shipped, you receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package.
For export orders outside Israel, the goods are shipped directly to the destination country and the order documentation reflects the actual shipment.
2. Right of withdrawal
Under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law (1981) and, for EU customers, the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you may cancel a remote purchase within 14 days of receiving the product. Israeli law also allows cancellation before shipment, free of charge, once your order has been accepted.
3. Cancellation fees
For Israeli customers cancelling after shipment, a cancellation fee applies as allowed by law: 5% of the purchase price or ₪100, whichever is lower. For international customers, the return of goods must be completed within 14 days of notice; return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or the return results from our error.
4. How to cancel or return
Contact us at hello@bewit.co.il or through the contact page with your order number. We will confirm the cancellation and give you clear return instructions and the return address. Please do not ship items back before receiving our confirmation.
5. Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of the cancellation being confirmed (or of receiving the returned item, whichever applies). For cancellation fees, the refund amount is the purchase price minus the allowed cancellation fee.
6. Defective, damaged or wrong items
If a product arrives damaged, defective or not as ordered, send us photos within 14 days of receipt and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including any return shipping costs — no questions asked.
7. Warranty
Every product includes a 2-year full warranty with fast replacement, per our Warranty terms. Warranty service replaces defective units; it does not cover intentional damage or misuse.
