2. Placing an order
By completing checkout you make a binding purchase offer. We confirm orders by email after payment. Product images and descriptions are as accurate as possible; minor differences may occur.
3. Prices & payment
All prices are shown in USD and include the applicable discount from the crossed-out reference price. Payment is accepted by credit card or Bit through secure payment providers. We never store your payment details.
4. Shipping
Orders ship within 48 hours. Delivery is free on orders over $99. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. If delivery is delayed beyond our control, we will update you by email.
5. Warranty
Every product includes a 2-year full warranty: fast replacement, no questions asked. The warranty covers manufacturing defects; it does not cover intentional damage or misuse.
6. Returns & cancellations
You may cancel an order before it ships, free of charge. After delivery, you may return a product within 14 days for a refund or replacement, per the Israeli Consumer Protection Law (1981). For Israeli customers, a cancellation fee of 5% of the purchase price or ₪100, whichever is lower, may apply after shipment, as permitted by law. 7. Intellectual property
We sell only authentic, original products. It is strictly forbidden to use the Site to sell counterfeit goods, use protected logos or trademarks without permission, or use images and texts protected by copyright. Any violation of third-party rights will result in order cancellation and reporting as required by law.
8. Product safety
As the seller, bEW IT is responsible to the customer for the products' compliance with applicable safety standards. Our products are selected and tested for basic safety requirements, in particular electrical items, cosmetics and children's products. If a safety issue is discovered in any product, we will notify affected customers and act in accordance with the law, including recall and replacement.
9. Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the products. We are not liable for indirect damages or for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute will be handled in the competent courts of Tel Aviv district. For customers outside Israel, mandatory consumer protection rules of their country of residence, including the EU right of withdrawal, apply in addition to these terms.
